Haute Cabrière has an exciting opportunity available in Gauteng for a driven, sales-focused professional with strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to network effectively, grow target markets, and engage confidently across all levels within existing and new business environments.

The successful candidate will report to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the following: *Manage and support distribution partners’ sales teams within Gauteng and surrounding regions, ensuring sales targets are achieved *Drive new and existing sales growth strategies within on- and off-consumption channels *Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, market conditions, and customer needs *Implement and develop marketing and trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, and sales growth *Coordinate regional sales operations and logistics with distribution partners *Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue *Plan, manage, and confidently present at events and tastings (including after hours and weekends) to grow brand presence *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous);
• WSET, Cape Wine Academy qualification, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience in the wine industry;
• Proven track record of successfully building a brand within a regional market;
• Willingness to travel within surrounding regions;
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends;
• Own reliable transport.
