They are currently considering applications for the following roles:

• Chef de Partie (CDP)

• A skilled and organised kitchen professional responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, and supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dishes.

• Tasting Room Ambassador

• An engaging host who enjoys working with people and creating memorable wine experiences. This role involves presenting wines, guiding tastings, and ensuring guests receive warm, professional service.

• Runner (Food & Beverage Support)

• A fast-paced support role assisting the kitchen and service teams by delivering food and beverages efficiently and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

• General Operations Assistant

• A hands-on role supporting daily operations through preparation, cleaning, stock handling, and assisting the broader team where needed.

They are looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy working with people;

• Take pride in professionalism and presentation;

• Work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude;

• Are reliable, organised, and willing to learn;

• Thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, kitchen, or wine industry experience will be advantageous depending on the role;

• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
