Major Responsibilities & Duties
Warehousing Operations
Manage stock levels, FIFO, and voltage checks in the warehouse
Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts in accordance with company procedures
Maintain stock levels of small parts, including packing materials
Capture and reconcile full monthly stock counts, including scrap and rotations
Compile and manage monthly exception reports (claims and rotations)
Ensure full health and safety compliance within the warehouse
Log, investigate, and manage all customer complaints
Manage SDA (Bethlehem & Upington) stock levels
Conduct stock counts at SDA locations as required Ensures that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse.
People Management
Identifies areas of development and draws up action plans to address poor performance.
Ensures ongoing training and development of employees.
Addresses employee relations matter fairly and promptly.
Ensures successful implementation of the HR policies within the division.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum RequirementsEducational Qualifications
Matric
Diploma in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields (NQF 5).
Experience
6-8 years’ experience in Warehouse Management
Essential Knowledge & Required Skills
Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite and SAP, ERP Systems and other job-specific software systems).
Knowledge of relevant Warehousing / Logistics /Planning and Sales & Marketing Processes and Practices.
Proven warehouse supervision or stock control experience
Strong understanding of stock management principles (FIFO, cycle counts, reconciliations)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good communication and Leadership skills
Willingness to travel to SDA locations when required
