Internal Sales Consultant, Durban, Basic R19 000 negotiable plus, incentives based on annual performanceThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and driving the company’s sales growth.

Responsibilities
Based in the office: responsible for managing customer relationships, servicing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing professional product advice.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, preparing quotations, closing sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
This position is all about customer service and long term relationship building.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and marketing principles.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Problem-solving abilities and a passion for sales.
Service and maintain existing customer relationships.
Actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
Seek out new business through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, understanding their requirements and concerns.
Prepare and present product and service presentations when required.
Generate accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Ensure product availability and stock awareness for sales opportunities and demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals, while effectively managing customer objections or complaints
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management and the sales team.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Technical and Industry Knowledge
Experience in any of the following industries would be advantageous: Truck and trailer parts, Off-road vehicle accessories, Industrial equipment, Vehicle sales and accessories experience.

Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
Own vehicle
Must be computer literate (Email, Microsoft Word, Excel).
Experience with Pastel would be advantageous
Bilingual
No criminal record and be credit clear

Basic Salary plus additional incentives:
December incentive based on both individual performance and overall company performance.
Annual profit share, based on both individual performance and overall company performance.
