Key Responsibilities

Prepare notes, invoices, job cards, and work-in-progress reports in coordination with the workshop.
Generate failure reports and liaise with technical teams to ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and expand the existing customer base.
Order spare parts and manage stock requirements efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAGE accounting software.
Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for reporting, communication, and administrative tasks.
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and customer service tasks.
