This position offers the opportunity to apply your production and leadership skills by overseeing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards like HACCP and ISO, and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and minimise waste. A background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, experience with ERP systems, and a proven track record of enhancing production efficiency and team leadership will be advantageous.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ 5+ years of experience in a food production & packaging environment in a similar role

§ Strong knowledge of fruit processing, packaging standards & food safety regulations

§ Knowledge of ERP systems, Bill of Materials (BOM) and root cause analysis also advantageous
