We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Foreman who does not just fix problems, but prevents them. Someone who sees a machine and understands its rhythm. Someone who leads artisans with confidence, mentors with purpose, and plans with precision.

You will need a relevant Trade Test, strong FMCG experience, solid technical expertise across mechanical and electrical systems, and the leadership ability to align maintenance with production goals. Refrigeration knowledge? A definite advantage.

In this role, you will:
Drive preventative maintenance strategies
Manage budgets, stock control, and maintenance planning
Lead and develop a skilled technical team
Oversee electrical and mechanical systems performance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
