Vacancy – Junior Data Capturer

Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Capturer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success through effective data analysis and management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Grade 12 and/or relevant certifications in data analysis or database management will be advantageous.
2. Minimum of two years experience within a Data Capturer or relevant field.
3. Experience: Proven experience in data analysis and data capturing roles, preferably within the security services industry or a related field.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Online Intelligence etc. 
5. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot data anomalies or inconsistencies.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
7. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering effective relationships and contributing to collective goals.
8. Confidentiality: Adherence to strict confidentiality and data protection policies, ensuring the security and privacy of sensitive information.

Responsibilities (Not totally inclusive):

1. Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support informed decision-making within the organization.
2. Data Capturing: Enter and maintain accurate data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established protocols.
3. Data Reporting: Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings and present data-driven recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data capture and analysis processes, implementing efficient solutions to enhance productivity.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, and Management, to ensure data-related requirements are met and support ongoing initiatives.
