Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination of daily dispatch operations
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor driver schedules and update dispatch system as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize shipments
- Track and report on delivery status and any delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
- Assist in resolving any customer service issues related to deliveries
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to dispatch operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

Salary: R6 500 (basic) p.m.
