Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support / Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance across their logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting users in a fast-paced seafreight and container logistics environment. Provide desktop and IT support to staff across multiple departments

Required Skills

Microsoft Office: 2 to 3 years
Zoho: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification (A+, N+, Computer Support, or related field)
At least 3 years of proven experience in IT Support or Desktop Support
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Zoho software is an added advantage
Background in logistics, transportation, or sea freight industry is beneficial
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Possession of a valid driver’s licence is preferred
