We are seeking a Provider Outreach & Relationship Specialist who will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers across the United States. This role combines relationship-driven outreach with light marketing support, helping expand awareness of client’s services while maintaining authentic, long-term provider partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people, conducting outreach, and maintaining professional relationships in a warm, non-salesy way. While prior experience with ABA therapy or healthcare is not required, candidates who are familiar with the industry will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provider Outreach
- Conduct daily outreach to providers across all states served by our client
- Make consistent outbound calls introducing our client and building awareness
- Schedule and host Zoom meetings with providers
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture provider relationships
- Build authentic relationships with providers in a consultative, non-sales-driven approach
ABA Education & Service Communication
- Clearly and confidently explain what ABA therapy is
- Communicate client’s services in a compassionate and professional manner
- Ensure conversations are supportive, human, and relationship-focused
- Maintain professionalism while discussing family-centered healthcare services
Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing contact with provider networks
- Track and manage follow-ups to build long-term partnerships
- Build trust and credibility through consistent outreach
- Maintain a steady rhythm of relationship-building activities
Metrics & Activity Tracking
Track weekly performance metrics including:
- Number of phone calls completed
- Number of emails sent
- Number of Zoom meetings scheduled and completed
- Number of follow-ups completed
- Number of new provider connections established
Maintain and update activity tracking using spreadsheets or internal tracking tools.
Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company social media initiatives
- Assist with content planning and posting consistency
- Contribute ideas aligned with client’s brand voice and tone
- Support basic social media execution (no heavy SEO or advanced marketing required)
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable conducting phone outreach and leading Zoom meetings
- Relationship-driven personality with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and self-directed
- Comfortable working in a hybrid sales and marketing role
- Ability to maintain a consultative and supportive communication style
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Central Time
Preferred (Not Required)
- BIG PLUS: Experience in healthcare, provider outreach, or ABA therapy
