Due to rapid growth, we are hiring!

Robshaw are seeking both full status Estate Agents, and also Candidate Property Practitioners (interns - to whom we offer training, continuous support, mentoring from top agents, and the opportunity to harness the Robshaw brand to start earning commission).

We offer a 50/50 commission split for starters, and a 60/40 split (in favor of agent) commensurate with experience.

We also have an in-house Bond Originator offering commission.

Unlike many other agencies – you will not be restricted to either sales or rentals, you have the opportunity to do both, and to choose where. Moreover, there are no desk fees, no micromanagement, and your working hours are flexible.

We encourage visiting the office to get to know the team and make use of the available resources (speedy wifi, bluetooth printers…air con!), but both in-office and remote working are supported.

Presently, we have offices in Claremont, Somerset West, and Bloubergstrand with a view to expansion across the Western Cape.
