•Proficient in Excel for financial analysis and Office 365.
•Match receiving reports (prepared by receiving clerks) with vendor invoices and purchase orders (POs) to verify that the items ordered, received, and billed are correct.
•Collaborating with receiving clerks to resolve discrepancies, such as damaged goods, incorrect items, or missing items (shortages).
•Interacting with suppliers to resolve billing, shipping, or quality queries.
•Month-End Closing: Assisting with the accrual of unvouchered liabilities (goods received but not yet invoiced) during month-end closing.
•The professional must strictly follow the practices, standards, and procedures defined by the parent company, maintaining technical subordination to the Finance Controller, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, especially regarding information security and digital governance.
