- General conveyancing administrative duties and file management
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary
- Proven experience with bond registrations and property transfers from inception to final registration
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
