To maintain accurate financial records for the company and its managed properties, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported. The Bookkeeper plays a critical role in supporting property operations, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in financial reporting for management decision-making.Key Responsibilities: General Ledger MaintenanceRecord daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, bank deposits, andMaintain and reconcile the general ledger for each property managed by theEnsure accurate coding of all transactions in line with the chart of2. Accounts Payable and Receivable SupportAssist with processing supplier invoices and ensure timelySupport the accounts receivable function by posting tenant or client payments, preparing statements, and following up on overdueTrack and record security deposits, levies, and rental3. Bank and Cash ManagementReconcile bank accounts for the company and individual properties on a regularMaintain petty cash records and ensure proper authorisation for all4. Reporting and CompliancePrepare monthly property financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.Assist in preparing VAT returns, statutory filings, and complianceSupport management and auditors with financial information and reconciliations as required.5. Property-Specific Accounting SupportMaintain accurate records for tenant rentals, lease agreements, and property- relatedMonitor tenant accounts, including rent collection, arrears, andCoordinate with property managers and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting of property income and expenses.
Key Competencies and Attributes:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related
