Employer: Motus Corporation

Business Unit: Europcar and Tempest Car Hire

Reporting to: Pricing and Customer Data Manager 

Location: Bruma, Johannesburg

Position overall objective: 
The purpose of the position is to analyse, load, maintain and report on rates and rate structures timeously and accurately.


Minimum Experience
  • 3 years relevant advanced administration experience within the Europcar or Tempest Car Hire environment – essential
 
Minimum Qualification
  • Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.

 
Preferred Qualification
  • Business Management or other relevant tertiary qualifications.

 
Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid, unendorsed South African drivers’ license
  • MS Excel: Advanced level of proficiency
  • Comfortably able to manage other MS Outlook and MS Word-related duties
  • Impress system: Intermediate level of proficiency
  • Greenway system experience - desirable

 

Essential to note: Must be willing to work weekends and overtime over peak periods when required.

 

Job Outputs:
  • Capturing negotiated and agreed rates accurately on multiple systems within agreed timeframes.
  • Analyse rates to ensure acceptable rate structure is built so that profitability is achieved.
  • Monitor and maintain rates due to expire 3 months prior to expiry date.
  • Create and maintain rates for promotions and sales.
  • Provide support to Sales team for rate maintenance.
  • Authorising price lists in line with set parameters.
  • Report on actions taken in regard to monthly rates (Due to Expire Rates).
  • Maintenance of Waiver instructions, Footnotes and Special Instructions, Discounts, Pay Types, Overrides (e.g. reduced client expenses), all other client expenses (e.g. one-way fees, airport surcharges, counter guide and commission structure).
