Our client, operating in the agricultural industry and based in the Stellenbosch area, is looking for a highly organised, production-driven, and detail-oriented individual with strong numerical and interpersonal skills to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that seed production and client order processes are executed accurately, timeously, and in line with strict planning and quality requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Managing seed procurement and stock processes *Capturing, maintaining, and verifying production data *Assisting with planning and coordinating of sowing and production activities *Preparing and controlling production and trial documentation *Processing and managing client orders and related documentation *Coordinating export, phytosanitary and compliance requirements *Planning and scheduling deliveries *Supporting despatch processes *Handling general office administration and ad hoc duties.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Matric with Mathematics and a relevant tertiary qualification;
• 3 years' relevant experience in an administrative logistics / dispatch / procurement environment;
• Excellent computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak production periods;
• Own reliable transport.
