Education

• Professional Cookery or Pastry Diploma (advantageous)
• Food Safety/HACCP certification

✔ Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in a pastry kitchen
• At least 2 years in a 4- or 5-star hotel, lodge, or fine dining environment
• Experience in remote lodge environments (advantageous)
