PROFESSOR / ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (1 POST)
Specialisation: Natural Sciences OR Technology OR Languages OR Economic Management Sciences (EMS)**
The School seeks a distinguished scholar or emerging academic leader committed to advancing transformative teacher education. This appointment represents a strategic investment in strengthening research intensity, postgraduate growth, and scholarly impact within the School.
Minimum Requirements: Professor
- PhD in Education or a closely related discipline aligned to the specialisation
- Minimum 10 years of sustained academic experience
- Established record of high-quality research output with demonstrable national and international recognition
- Successful supervision of Master’s and Doctoral candidates to completion
- Evidence of academic leadership and research capacity-building
- Participation in externally funded research initiatives
- Strong community-engaged and socially responsive scholarship
Minimum Requirements: Associate Professor
- PhD in Education or a closely related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of progressive academic experience
- Demonstrated research productivity with growing national and/or international visibility
- Evidence of postgraduate supervision
- Participation in collaborative research and scholarly networks
- Contribution to curriculum innovation and academic citizenship
