• A completed PhD in Education or a closely related discipline aligned to the identified specialisation
• Minimum 5 years university-level teaching experience
• Evidence of accredited research output aligned to DUT benchmarks
• Demonstrated involvement in postgraduate supervision
• Experience in curriculum development and programme coordination
• Engagement in community-responsive educational initiatives
