The School seeks emerging scholars with strong teaching capability and a clear research development trajectory aligned to DUT’s scholarly expectations.

 Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a closely related discipline aligned to the specialisation
• Registration for, or clear commitment toward completion of, a PhD
• Evidence of university-level teaching experience (3 years) or strong teaching readiness
• Emerging research output or demonstrable research potential
• Capacity to engage with schools and community-based educational initiatives

 Strategic Expectations

The successful candidates will:

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate teaching
• Contribute to curriculum renewal and pedagogical innovation
• Develop a sustained research trajectory leading to accredited publications
• Progress toward doctoral completion within an agreed timeframe
• Participate in supervision at Honours level (as appropriate)
• Contribute to academic administration and collegial governance

Market-related salary with benefits, commensurate with level of appointment.
