Our client, a property development company, is looking for an experienced In-House Residential Property Development Manager to lead and drive the full lifecycle of residential development projects. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep knowledge of Western Cape municipal processes, and a proven ability to take full ownership of developments from feasibility through to transfer and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in one of the following:

• Town & Regional Planning
• Quantity Surveying
• Engineering

Experience Required

• 5–10 years’ experience in residential property development
• Strong understanding of planning processes and statutory requirements
• Extensive knowledge of property conveyancing and municipal clearance processes (townships & building plans)
• In-depth understanding of Western Cape municipal procedures, service level agreements, and environmental processes
• Contract management experience (JBCC and GCC essential)
• Proven track record across all stages of residential development
