Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates in the following two categories:

1. N6 Certificate Holders

• Completed N6 in Mechanical Engineering or related technical qualification from a public TVET college
• Require practical experience to qualify for a National Diploma

2. National Diploma Graduates

• Completed a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Require practical work experience to enhance employability

 

What the Learner Will Be Expected to Do

• Follow instructions and training provided by a designated supervisor
• Complete all tasks as part of practical learning
• Adhere to company safety standards, confidentiality, and policies
• Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with others
• Note: This is a training opportunity only and does not guarantee permanent employment

 

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen
• Aged between 18 and 35 years
• Completed N6 or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• No prior full-time work experience in the field (preferred)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to commit to the learnership period
• Professional conduct and eagerness to learn
