Our client, a leading payments and financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team in Stellenbosch.

This role focuses on translating business needs into clear functional requirements, supporting the delivery of innovative payment solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams across the business. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, comfortable managing multiple initiatives and contributing within a structured PMO environment.

Required Skills & Experience

·        Relevant tertiary qualification

·        5-8 years of similar business analysis experience

·        Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial

·        Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio

·        Fluent in business English; additional languages will be seen as beneficial.

·        Driver’s license and own reliable transport
