💼Professional Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Project Manager to manage project-related invoices and support the Programme Managers in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and supporting financial accountability across allocated projects.

Our client is a well-established organization operating in project and programme management within the construction sector. Known for their structured processes, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy, the company focuses on delivering high-quality management solutions while supporting collaboration between contractors, PSPs, and internal teams.

📍Location: Cape Town CBD
💰Salary: R40 000- 50 000
📅Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage invoices relative to allocated projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
· Keep the server up to date  regarding invoices, payments, and relevant correspondencexat all times.
· Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and comprehensively.
· Implement procedures to guarantee exhaustive and gap-free documentation.
· Independently obtain required information from PSPs, Contractors, and stakeholders.
· Working with the Project Leaders and Programme Managers in a constructive, collaborative and positive way.
· Assist Project Leaders and Programme Managers with invoice submission and management.
· Support Auditor General requests for information (RFIs).
· Ensure the Management Department maintains a zero rejection rate.
· Assisting the Management Programme Department is meeting the Financial Year expenditure and monthly cashflow.
 · Perform additional administration tasks as required under supervision of Programme Managers.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
· Experience in construction, contracts administration (JBCC and NEC), financial administration, or accounting is beneficial.
· Experience in Accounting would be beneficial.
· Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.

Ons kliënt is op soek na ’n hoogs georganiseerde en detail-georiënteerde Professionele Projekbestuurder om projekverwante fakture te bestuur en die Programbestuurders te ondersteun in die verseker van akkurate, tydige en voldoenende finansiële prosesse. Hierdie rol is noodsaaklik vir gladde werking en die ondersteuning van finansiële verantwoordelikheid oor toegewyde projekte.

Ons kliënt is ’n gevestigde organisasie wat werk in projek- en programbestuur binne die konstruksiesektor. Bekend vir gestruktureerde prosesse, aandag aan detail en verbintenis tot akkuraatheid, fokus die maatskappy op die lewering van hoëkwaliteit bestuursoplossings en ondersteun samewerking tussen kontrakteurs, PSP’s en interne spanne.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Bestuur fakture vir toegekende projekte en verseker alle sperdatums word nagekom.
· Hou die "server" op datum met betrekking tot fakture, betalings en relevante korrespondensie.
· Verseker alle dokumentasie korrek en volledig ingedien word.
· Stel prosedures in om volledige en foutvrye dokumentasie te verseker.
· Verkry onafhanklik alle nodige inligting van PSP’s, Kontrakteurs en ander belanghebbendes.
· Ondersteun Projekleiers en Programbestuurders met faktuurindiening en -bestuur.
· Help met versoeke van die Ouditeur-Generaal (RFIs).
· Verseker die Bestuursdepartement ’n nul-afkeuringskoers handhaaf.
· Dra by tot die bereiking van maandelikse kontantvloei-doelwitte en finansiële jaaruitgawes.
· Voer addisionele administratiewe take uit soos benodig onder toesig van Programbestuurders.

Pos Vereistes:
· Minimum 5 jaar relevante ondervinding.
· Ondervinding in konstruksie, kontrakadministrasie (JBCC en NEC), finansiële administrasie of rekeningkunde is voordelig.

Karaktereienskappe:
· Noukeurig en deeglik.
· Sterk probleemoplossings- en analitiese vaardighede.
· Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede.
· Veerkragtig onder druk en sperdatumgedrewe.
· Eties, aanspreeklik en uitset-georiënteerd.
