Candidate Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Day-to-Day IT Support: Troubleshoot basic office hardware and software issues for the team (e.g., laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, email access).
• Operational Systems Maintenance: Monitor and assist with the smooth running of our basic daily operational systems and software.
• System Building & Workflows: Work closely with the team to brainstorm, map out, and build new operational workflows to make the business run more efficiently.
• Tech Exploration: Actively research, test, and implement new technologies and tools that could benefit the company.
• Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to upskilling and expanding your IT knowledge on the job.

Requirements:

• A basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and standard office software.
• Strong internet research skills for troubleshooting errors.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a hands-on approach to work.
