We are seeking a well-organised and professional Junior Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, handling front-office duties, maintaining diaries, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Typing and formatting quotes, letters, reports, and other business documents
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, courier items)
Answering and directing calls via switchboard in a professional manner
Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
Managing executive diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes where required
Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate office records
Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsGrade 12 / Matric certificate
Relevant secretarial or administrative qualification (advantageous)
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent typing and document formatting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
