Job Description

The ideal team player will be responsible for the effective management of a profitable retail business in order to sustain the customer's needs.  Maintain and build strong relationships and trust among the leaders of each division in your team and the larger VKB family.  We are looking for someone with the best talent, the best attitude and a leader that fits within our culture.

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4
• Preference will be given to candidates who hold a degree in a management-related field.
  
• Proven Track record in the positive management of an agri-business will be compulsory
• Ability to manage medium to large teams
• Willing to work afterhours as and when required based on operational requirements
  
• Effective and clear delegation of tasks and monitoring thereof
• Ability to work independently, lead projects and solve problems
  
• The suitable candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in a retail-related environment
