SALES REPRESENTATIVE (BUILDING & PAINT)

Requirements

·        Grade 12 (with in-house sales training) or NQF5 Diploma

·        Minimum 4 years’ retail sales experience

·        Strong negotiation and communication skills

·        Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

·        Proven ability to meet sales targets

·        Excellent relationship-building skills

·        Strong administrative capability

Key Responsibilities

·        Promote and market building and paint products within Durbanville and surrounding areas

·        Provide technical product advice and prepare accurate quotations

·        Deliver professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

·        Coordinate logistics and deliveries with internal teams

·        Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and stakeholders

·        Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

·        Manage reporting, administration and governance functions (QlikView)

·        Utilize business networks to generate new leads and grow market share

·        Embrace digital tools and technology to enhance customer experience and marketing processes
