𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
✅ Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in community scheme or property portfolio management
✅ Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and CSOS regulations
✅ Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience
✅ Proficiency in property management software systems
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills
✅ Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
