💼Admin, Internal Sales & Stock Coordinator
Our client is looking for a proactive and target-driven Admin, Internal Sales & Stock Coordinator to play a central role in supporting daily sales operations, stock control, and customer service within the Gauteng division. This position serves as the link between sales, warehouse, procurement, and customers — ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistent sales growth

Our client operates within a specialised technical and manufacturing-related industry, supplying products and solutions to hospitals, restaurants, the building industry, and private clients. The company functions in a niche market with a strong technical focus and requires individuals who can think critically, understand product functionality, and confidently communicate solutions to a wide range of customers

📍Location: Benoni
💰Salary: R10 000 – R18 000 (Depending on experience)
🕰️Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
🪑Available Positions: 1
📅Start Date: As soon as possible 

Key Responsibilities:
· Sales & Internal Support: Actively drive sales by engaging telephonically and electronically with the Gauteng customer base. Process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately and timeously
· Customer Liaison: Assist with customer queries, pricing, product availability, and follow up on quotations and outstanding proposals.
· Administration: Maintain customer records, price lists, CRM/database updates, filing, email correspondence, and data capturing.
· Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly sales and stock reports as required.
· Job Cards: Create and complete job cards accurately.
· Stock Coordination: Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding shortages, deliveries, and order priorities
· Stock Control: Prepare stock documentation, conduct periodic stock counts, participate in audits, and track backorders.
· Customer Service: Provide timely feedback regarding order status, stock availability, service calls, and lead times. Resolve discrepancies and complaints professionally.

Job Requirements:
· Matric / Grade 12
· 2–4 years’ experience in sales, order processing, or stock coordination 
· Strong computer literacy and ability to work with email systems and digital platforms 
· Experience in a fast-paced sales or operations environment (Advantageous)
· Industry experience in manufacturing, wholesale, or technical products (Beneficial)
· Own reliable transport 
· Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Ons kliënt is op soek na ’n proaktiewe en teiken-gedrewe Administrasie-, Interne Verkope- en Voorraadkoördineerder om ’n sentrale rol te speel in die ondersteuning van daaglikse verkoopsbedrywighede, voorraadbeheer en kliëntediens binne die Gauteng-afdeling. Hierdie pos dien as skakel tussen verkope, pakhuis, verkryging en kliënte en verseker doeltreffende kommunikasie en operasionele vloei

Ons kliënt funksioneer binne ’n gespesialiseerde tegniese en vervaardigingsverwante industrie en voorsien produkte en oplossings aan hospitale, restaurante, die boubedryf en privaat kliënte. Die maatskappy werk in ’n nis-mark met ’n sterk tegniese fokus en vereis individue met kritiese denke wat produkte kan verstaan en dit effektief aan verskillende vlakke van kliënte kan verduidelik

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Verkope & Interne Ondersteuning: Bevorder verkope deur telefoniese en elektroniese kontak met die Gauteng kliëntebasis. Verwerk kwotasies, verkoopsbestellings en fakture akkuraat en betyds
· Kliëntediens: Hanteer navrae rakende pryse, beskikbaarheid en volg op uitstaande kwotasies.
· Administrasie: Onderhou kliënterekords, pryslyste, CRM-opdaterings, lêerstelsels en e-pos korrespondensie.
· Verslagdoening: Stel weeklikse/maandelikse verkoops- en voorraadverslae op.
· Werkkaarte: Skep en voltooi werkkaarte akkuraat.
· Voorraadkoördinering: Monitor daagliks voorraadvlakke en koördineer met verkryging en pakhuis oor tekorte en aflewerings
· Voorraadbeheer: Bestuur voorraadverwante dokumentasie, neem deel aan voorraadopnames en oudits, en volg agterstallige bestellings op.
· Kliënteterugvoer: Verskaf tydige terugvoer oor bestellings, beskikbaarheid en diensoproepe en hanteer klagtes professioneel.

Pos Vereistes:
· Matriek / Graad 12 
· 2–4 jaar ondervinding in verkope, bestellingverwerking of voorraadkoördinering 
· Sterk rekenaarvaardigheid en vermoë om met e-pos en digitale stelsels te werk 
· Ondervinding in ’n vinnige verkoops- of operasionele omgewing (Voordelig)
· Ondervinding in vervaardiging, groothandel of tegniese produkte (Voordelig)
· Eie betroubare vervoer 
· Afrikaans en Engels magtig 

Karaktereienskappe:
· Teiken-gedrewe met sterk verkoopsvermoë
· Sterk administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede
· Uitstekende geskrewe en verbale kommunikasievaardighede
· Hoë vlak van akkuraatheid en aandag aan detail
· Sterk kritiese denke en tegniese redenasievermoë
· Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk (Rol behels baie tyd alleen in die kantoor)
· Professioneel, betroubaar en kliëntgesentreerd
