The Data Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all internal systems.

This role involves proactive monitoring of data inputs, correcting discrepancies, and communicating errors to relevant employees.

Additionally, they will develop and implement data entry policies to prevent future inaccuracies.

• System Auditing: Regularly review data across all platforms to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly formatted information.
• Data Correction: Manually correct identified errors and verify that the updated information aligns with source documents or company standards.
• Reporting & Communication: Generate and distribute weekly/monthly data integrity reports to system users, highlighting common errors and required actions.
• Policy Development: Create and maintain "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) for data capturing to ensure all team members understand how to input information correctly.
• User Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding data entry queries or system input troubleshooting.
