About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, practical individual with the right attitude and aptitude to learn, grow, and apply technical knowledge. This role includes training (with certification) and is ideal for someone outside of the printing consumables industry who brings fresh energy.

You will support our clients with technical troubleshooting, basic electronic elements, spare parts understanding, product advice, and professional client interaction. You will also act as a brand ambassador, representing our company with confidence and professionalism.

Who We’re Looking For

We prefer candidates from technical or product-focused environments such as:

• Appliance technician
• Hardware store
• Pool shop
• Garden equipment store
• Or any hands-on technical/retail support background
• Extensive traveling will be required

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Comfort working with spare parts and basic electronic components
• Good communication skills—able to give clear, professional advice
• Presentable and of sober habits
• Customer-focused with the confidence to interact directly with clients
• Willingness to learn and apply knowledge practically
• Ability to upsell or identify opportunities within existing client relationships (incentive earning potential)
