Data & Reporting Lead

Global Procurement & Value Enablement

We are seeking a senior Data & Reporting Lead to drive enterprise-wide data governance, reporting strategy and value realisation across a global Source-to-Pay landscape.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for transforming complex procurement data into strategic insights that drive measurable cost savings, process efficiencies and executive decision-making. You will lead internal analysts while partnering with senior global stakeholders across supply chain, finance, legal and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  Own and deliver the global data and reporting strategy across procurement and associated reporting platforms

• 
  

  Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance, quality standards and policy controls

• 
  

  Lead KPI development, savings tracking and performance reporting aligned to procurement and supply chain objectives

• 
  

  Oversee dashboard and visualisation development (strategic, tactical and operational reporting)

• 
  

  Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across data, reporting and financial controls

• 
  

  Drive automation and reporting optimisation initiatives
  
  

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 
  

  5+ years in a senior procurement reporting or business process owner role within a complex, global environment

• 
  

  5+ years leadership experience 

• 
  

  Proven experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and quality controls

• 
  

  Strong procurement process expertise (Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay)

• 
  

  Advanced stakeholder engagement skills at executive level

• 
  

  Demonstrated track record of turning data into measurable business value and cost savings

• 
  

  Strong project management capability with experience running multiple concurrent initiatives

• 
  

  Advanced SQL skills

• 
  

  Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)

• 
  

  Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

• 
  

  Experience working across ERP and procurement platforms

• 
  

  Knowledge of regulatory and financial control environments (e.g., SOX, data privacy frameworks)

• 
  

  Experience within complex, asset-heavy or multinational industries

• 
  

  Python or R for advanced analytics

• 
  

  Background in supply chain, data science or business analytics
