Minimum requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants
Drive sales strategy and revenue growth
Monitor targets, KPIs and performance metrics
Develop new business and strengthen existing client relationships
Ensure service excellence and quality placements
Coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed target

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in Recruitment Agency sales
Strong leadership and people management skills
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent client engagement and negotiation skills
High energy, resilient and performance-drive
