This role requires a passionate, organised, and client-focused individual who can transform wedding visions into seamless, unforgettable events.The ideal candidate will be responsible to meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences and budget. Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee all aspects of wedding events from start to finish. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff. Develop timelines, floor plans and event schedules. Manage set-up, décor, and on-the-day coordination. Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator or Event Planner. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
