Employer: Workers Holdings
Grow the branch by overseeing the functioning of the various components in the branch
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently
Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow-moving stock
Recruit, select and onboard employees for the branch
Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager
Call and visit the branch’s customer base on a regular basis to receive feedback on customer service received
TECHNICAL SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
Technical refrigeration product knowledge
Technical industry knowledge (has existing networks in the industry)
Intermediate MS Office
Proficient Excel skills
Proficient interpersonal skills
Active listening skills
Networking
Customer service
Multi-tasking
Attention to detail

Willingness to learn
Good all-rounder
Required Skills
- Refrigeration Experience: 4 to 5 years
- Technical Orientation: 4 to 5 years
- Managerial Experience Retail: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
Matric – non-negotiable
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry (preferred)
Managerial experience (beneficial) Must come from a sales background
Afrikaans Fluently
