The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reception operations, and ensuring outstanding hosting standards. This role requires a warm personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.Deliver exceptional hosting and guest service experiences at all times.Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.Coordinate guest activities, bookings, and lodge services.Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.Ensure reception and guest areas are well-presented at all times.Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Maintain high service standards aligned with lodge expectations.

Minimum Requirements (Job Specification)
Experience & Qualifications

• Previous Front of House or receptionist experience in a 4-star lodge or similar hospitality environment.
• First Aid Level 1 certification (advantageous — can be completed through the lodge).
• Strong knowledge of guest service and hospitality standards.
