Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to identify sales opportunities, build rapport with customers, and close sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively reach out to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (50% average) 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
