Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist: Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. The Specialist: Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Participate in audits and other financial reviews

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
