Solutions: The main focus would be to understand and formulate solutions for the Company’s clients to effectively mobilize contractors throughout the globe. Understanding multijurisdictional nationalities and in country requirements, immigration requirements, effective prioritization of time management for mobilization and always ensure there are options available if challenges are encountered.
Solution Partner: To display the necessary skills and knowledge to source the correct service providers and negotiate fees with various solution partners.
Understand and formulate solutions for clients to mobilise contractors.
Instruct the research team as to which specific solutions needs to be researched on. Participate in and lead internal, partner, contractor and client calls, pertaining to solutions.
Ensure best practices are adhered to, once a solution is finalised and create the necessary processes required in close liaison with the Process Specialist.
Conduct and advise on international right to work checks globally.
Manage and take full ownership for the solution as created and proposed, from end to end. Continuously ensure that the costing for the solution partner is in line with the approved ADV fee structure.
Regularly complete and update internal systems, RFQ and CRF's as required.
Draft, review and send service proposals to clients in line with approved ADV solution structure. Ensure that all documents are signed and confirmed with the client, that all details are accurate.
Assist with queries and give constructive and informed feedback.
Manage customer expectations, project scope and all resources needed to successfully deliver on customer needs.
Maintain and conform to the SLA’s at the time for service delivery
Responsible for dealing with critical matters pertaining to client and contractors.
Required Skills
- Customer Care: 4 to 5 years
- Sales Management: 4 to 5 years
- Immigration: 10 years or more
Candidate Requirements
Verifying and follow up on bi-weekly immigration statements from accounts team in line with approved ADV solution structure and ADV Fee structure.
Maintain and develop partner network, ensuring approved KYC checks are completed on yearly basis.

Cope with extreme pressure of timelines, delays and internal pressure for performance to ensure company sales targets are met through the effective mobilization of contractors.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
1. 10 years plus in immigration, business development and solution EOR environment
2. Existing International network of partners (bonus)
3. System integration abilities and adaptation
4. MS Office proficient
5. International experience and exposure in a similar role a MUST
