A leading South African online retail business is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Head of Operations to lead and optimise end-to-end operational performance across the organisation. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field (Master’s advantageous)
✅ 8–10+ years senior operations leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
✅ Proven experience managing national distribution networks and high-volume fulfilment operations
✅ Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operational budgets
✅ Demonstrated leadership capability in scaling operations within a high-growth environment
✅ Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms
✅ Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
