Pinnacle Hygiene Services is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our fast-paced Midrand office.
This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting smooth business processes across administration, fleet, and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client databases and service records using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and perform data analysis with advanced Excel functions
- Coordinate service appointments and manage technician schedules
- Oversee fleet management, including vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, compliance documentation, and service records
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via telephone and email
- Process quotations accurately
- Stock control, warehouse operations, and procurement of supplies
- Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects
- Maintain organised filing systems and documentation to ensure operational efficiency
Required Skills
- Admin: 2 to 3 years
- Crm Skills: 2 to 3 years
- Advanced Excel: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Essential:
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Must reside in or around Midrand (Kyalami/Centurion)
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Complex formulas and functions
- Data analysis and database management
- Accurate and efficient data capturing
Core Competencies:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior administrative experience is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cleaning or hygiene industry
- Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
