Employer: Pinnacle Hygiene

Pinnacle Hygiene Services is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our fast-paced Midrand office.
This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting smooth business processes across administration, fleet, and warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update client databases and service records using Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and perform data analysis with advanced Excel functions
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage technician schedules
  • Oversee fleet management, including vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, compliance documentation, and service records
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via telephone and email
  • Process quotations accurately
  • Stock control, warehouse operations, and procurement of supplies
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects
  • Maintain organised filing systems and documentation to ensure operational efficiency

Required Skills

  • Admin: 2 to 3 years
  • Crm Skills: 2 to 3 years
  • Advanced Excel: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements
Essential:
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Must reside in or around Midrand (Kyalami/Centurion)
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Complex formulas and functions
  • Data analysis and database management
  • Accurate and efficient data capturing
Core Competencies:
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior administrative experience is a must
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the cleaning or hygiene industry
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
