We are seeking an experience, dynamic, and service-driven Guesthouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our guesthouse and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence and team leadership.The Guesthouse Manager will be responsible to oversee all day-to-day guesthouse operations. Manager reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally.  Supervise and manage housekeeping and support staff. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships. Handle basic financial administration, reporting, and budgeting.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in hospitality or guesthouse/hotel management. Must have strong leadership and staff management skills. High attention to detail and organisational ability. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.  Must be computer literate.
