The successful candidate will lead the pastry team, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and ensure consistency in all pastry offerings.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute innovative dessert and pastry menus.Specialize in chocolate, sugar work, and advanced pastry techniques.Lead, train, and mentor the pastry team to ensure professional growth and performance.Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for menu planning and special events.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Specifications / Requirements:

• Formal pastry or culinary qualification.
• 3–5 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
