- Implement strategies and marketing projects to improve productivity
- Actively develop new sales sources while prioritizing Stop Order business within National Government
- Ensure adherence to Lipco Business policies and FAIS regulations
- Promote ethical and compliant selling practices
- Monitor daily submission of application forms to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks within the direct market by ensuring adherence to company and legislative requirements
- Abide by the companies’ code of conduct, policies and ethics.
- Provide in field sales training to Business Consultants
- Ensure that Business Consultants have a good understanding of all product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide adequate training to probationary Business Consultants in preparation for their permanent employment
- Ensure that all sales staff are properly trained, tested regularly and comply with necessary accreditations
- Manage daily planners of Business Consultants to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure proper use of company resources as to prevent damage or any harm to the company’s property
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain efficient and productive field activities
- Manage regional budgets in relation to prospecting and sales road trips
- Ensure that weekly and monthly sales meetings are held for the purpose of strategic planning
- Conduct meetings with executive management to ensure adherence with strategic goals
- Ensure that weekly and monthly reports are submitted by sales staff regarding planning
- Escalate challenges and propose solutions proactively.
- Provide monthly reports to Head Office relating to planning, strategies and potential risks and opportunities

Required Skills
- Direct Marketing: 10 years or more
- Sales Management: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- FSB accredited qualification
- 3+ years field Sales management.
- 10 + years in Direct Marketing
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Drivers licence (PDP Advantageous)
