About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Jacking Foreman to lead trenchless operations on civil infrastructure projects including sewer and stormwater installations. The successful candidate will supervise site crews, ensure safe and efficient pipe jacking operations, and maintain quality standards in line with project specifications.
Candidate Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Supervise pipe jacking and microtunneling operations

Manage daily site activities and coordinate labour, plant, and materials

Operate and oversee hydraulic jacking systems and tunneling equipment
-
Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and method statements
-
Monitor line and level using laser guidance systems
-
Maintain site safety, toolbox talks, and compliance with HSE regulations
-
Record daily production reports and site documentation
-
Liaise with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
-
Troubleshoot technical and ground-related issues
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Pipe Jacking Foreman or Supervisor
-
Strong knowledge of trenchless technology and shaft construction
-
Confined space certification
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Full driving licence
