We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Office Automation Lead Generator responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for office automation solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing potential clients, building relationships, and supporting the sales team by delivering high-quality leads.This role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and a target-driven mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and research.Prospect potential clients for office automation solutions (printers, copiers, document management systems, software solutions, etc.).Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems such as Salesforce.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target industries.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.Track and report on lead conversion and pipeline progress.Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.Maintain accurate records using tools such as Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
