·         Fluent in Afrikaans (speak, read and write)

·         Matric certificate

·         Strong people and communication skills

·         Management ability (very important)

·         Hardworking and reliable

·         Computer literate

·         Able to read and write confidently

·         Basic maintenance skills / ability to work with your hands

·         Willing to follow strict biosecurity measures (showering before entering laying houses)

·         Willing to work irregular hours and standby when required

·         Must be willing to relocate to Brandfort
